Passport valid for at least 6 months from date of Hajj with 3 or 4 blank pages. (Original and copies of pages with your personal information).
4 photographs of each traveler (ladies preferably in Hijab).
Vaccination certificate against Meningitis (ACYW-135). (Original and a copy).
Saudi Hajj Visa application form completed and signed. (Original and a copy).
